By accessing or using the Drive-Guard software as a service ("Service"), provided by Enlio Studio / Drive-Guard Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Service is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
You explicitly acknowledge that Drive-Guard operates on a 100% client-side API execution model. Your document contents, proprietary files, Google Drive metadata, and OAuth access tokens are processed entirely within your local web browser. Drive-Guard does NOT intercept, transmit, store, or maintain databases of your Google Workspace data on its servers. You remain solely responsible for the security of your local environment and device.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in absolutely no event shall Drive-Guard, Enlio Studio, its founders, developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages. This includes, without limitation, any loss of profits, data loss, data breaches, Google Workspace misconfigurations, business interruption, or unauthorized access to your cloud storage. Because Drive-Guard does not store your files, we cannot be held liable for the compromise of those files under any circumstances.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Drive-Guard and Enlio Studio from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the Service; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (d) any claim that your actions caused damage to a third party or your own clients.
Drive-Guard executes commands against the Google Workspace API. We are not responsible for any API rate-limiting, account suspensions, or actions taken by Google in response to your automated usage of their services through our client-side software.
